We’re building a context-aware HR copilot that can remember policy history, highlight compliance gaps, and collaborate in real time with specialist AI agents. Redis acts as the shared memory fabric: Streams coordinate conversations between multiple agents, RedisJSON tracks the latest employee-policy state, and semantic caching keeps follow-up answers lightning fast. Our goal for the virtual hackathon week is to ship a working demo that shows an HR manager asking tough employment-law questions—then watching the copilot retrieve the right precedent, flag compliance risks, and draft the response in seconds. Teammates can help by contributing agent skills (classification, retrieval, compliance rules) or front-end polish for the live demo. After the event we’ll open-source the agent orchestration patterns so other teams can remix a Redis-powered memory layer into their own copilot projects.
